[R-390] Brought Home a R-390 Today (along With a Viking I)

Put a meter on the HV side.  Pull the plugs for each module until the
short goes away.  Then fix that module.

For the R-390, the most likely cause of shorts is a shorted tube,
followed by a short in the wiring harness (IMHO).
