Yes, I could make one but was hoping to find one.  Too many projects; too 
little time...

I did have some EA-52(?) diodes (an EA-53 with wire leads rather than 
mechanical connections) and had thought about making a probe using them, but 
I think I sold them.  They would have been a much cheaper alternative than 
the EA-53.
