A BIG Apology to everyone and MANY MANY THANKS to all of you who gave me an
education about these units and the PCB's. Yes I did buy a big line of crap
about them and my new and limited knowledge in this field nearly got me
burned real good. I'm hoping what a couple of you guys related to me holds
weight... And, that is that since the guy did not disclose to me that these
units contain PCB's and since I have not taken delivery of them that if I
notify the guy that the failure to disclose the PCB fact constitutes a
misrepresentation of the advertisement and null & voids the purchase
agreement that I should be ok. If anyone can enlighten me further please do.
The Buy It Now Epay price for all 4 was $1.00 (one dollar) and the guy
claimed he had to clear the lot within a week or 2 by order of the fire
department due to a fire that broke out on the lot and so claimed the "out
of time situation" was why he was willing to pay $100.00 towards fuel costs
to come and get them. What a crock of trickery to attempt to dupe someone
(me) into his Major Problem. I do hope the good advise hold water. Thanks so
