Group,
I will be at the Northland Antique Radio Club (yes, NARC) in Plymouth,
MN,
at the Comfort Inn, 3000 Harbor Lane 55447. The market is from dawn to 2
PM
on Saturday 15 May. Don't look for me before 7:30, though.
There's a two page list of stuff that I could bring to the NARC meet.
The
idea is to move stuff that would be difficult or expensive to ship. I'm
not
doing this to make money. I've given up on that. I need to get some
space
to work in during the few healthy years left to me.
The list categories are Heavy, such as Tek scopes and carts, including
575
curve tracer and the 7834 storage scope. Also Q and RX meters,
oscillators
and scintillation counters with photomultiplier tubes.
Radio has R-390A parts and tubes, a CV-591A parts unit, National
NC-183MR
with 65 KHz range, and a Wilcox 10.000 MHz WWV receiver.
Test Equipment has 16 items, including an HP 428B clip-on ammeter with
probe
for DC milliamps, and a HP 740B DC voltage standard.
Misc has experimenter's items, including a chassis with 100 KHz stuff,
170 mfd,
800 volt capacitor, and a Topaz 1 KW ultra isolation transformer.
Other has a dynamite blasting machine, Lego robot, and a weather
station.
Prices will be at most a third of what I paid for an item. Tell me a
good
story about why you want an item and you might get it for nothing.
I'll give priority to requests, after that comes the heaviest items.
Please write for details.
