[R-390] Pair of CV-116/URR RTTY Converters for Sale

Gentlemen,

I have (2) CV-116/URR RTTY Converters that after much deliberation I have finally decided to offer for sale, as they are now surplus to my needs.

Both are in very good condition but are sold untested and as-is. One of the units is missing the ID plate located on the front panel and the rack-mount shelf assembly utilized for rack-mounting the unit, but otherwise appears complete. The other converter appears complete and includes the rack-mount shelf.

I had intended to completely restore both units cosmetically and electrically as nice matching accessories for my R-390 and R-390A receivers, but other demands are currently putting this task on the back burner. These units would make excellent candidates for a restoration project and would nicely fill out any R-389, R-390, or R-390A collection,. as they are the correct RTTY converter unit from a period standpoint for this series of receivers.

Both CV-116/URRs are located at my QTH on Long Island, NY. I would much prefer a local pick-up as these converters are large and quite heavy, but if the price is right I may be persuaded to ship them, and of course you would pay the shipping cost.

I am open to offers from this group first. If no reasonable offers are received, I'll most likely put them up on e-Pay.
