[R-390] Question on front panel name tags

I have a Collins R-390A with (apparently, judging from the ID tag) a Motorola front panel since it has a Motorola ID tag that measures 3" x 7/8".

It is my understanding that there was also a long Collins tag the same size as the Motorola tag.  

Would anybody have one these long Collins tags in their spare parts box they want to part with?  Or know where I could purchase one?

OR.... would anybody have a used engraved front panel for sale in need of repainting that would take a standard size Collins / Stewart Warner / EAC tag,  2.5" x 1" ?
