I dunno, but most/all of those plug-in electrolytics I have seen are  
all wired the same.

 From memory:  DO CHECK THIS:

one pin is common negative to all caps  (case also usually)
two pins over is the first cap
two more pins over is the second cap
IF there is a third section.. then two more pins over is the third  
section.

Schematic is not at hand or I could be more specific.
