Hi All!
Again, thanks for all of the words of advice and encouragement.. They are truly appreciated!

The rebuild continues.
I forgot to take the “before” photos, but believe you me.. This was one incredibly dirty box. 
I managed to get the RF deck torn down and cleaned, and now begins the task of reassembling it.
I do think someone was here before me as not all of the washers/shims depicted in the exploded view were present. 
I’ll go by the exploded view and the various photo/video materials I have to try and correct/replace what is needed..
