Fair Radio is the first place I would try for spare parts.  It's  doubtful 
they would have the PTO spring, but they might have a bezel, and I know  
they sell repro covers for the R-390A.  I've been happy with their store of  
spares- I ordered a replacement microswitch and got a NOS replacement. 
I don't know of anyone with a silkscreen of the front panel, but an  
alternative is to ask Fair if they have etched panels, which are easier to  
restore.  Good luck and keep us informed on your progress.
