Bill,
Somewhere in all of this - YES - soil conductivity WAS brought in,
although NOT called that specifically. The resistance of the ground
grid WAS brought into the discussion. I just don't remember exactly where.
Tisha brought it up, AND it IS in the document she sent out for those
whom asked, WHICH I have put up on my site at:
