Also thanks Dave for contacting me and pointing out the correct Chicago lamp number.
 
Here's the (condensed) response from Ashley at Kiss Electronics:
 " We rework the lamp circuit to use modern wire lead lamps, Jameco PN 41065 (or whatever the current part number is)."
