[R-390] Solid State Regulator R-390 non-"A" availabe

I have assembled another batch of solid state regulators for the R-390 
receiver.  The regulator consists of a heat sink and circuit card which 
mounts on the R-391 remote connector knock out on the rear of the 
receiver.  It is a reversible modification that replaces V605, V606, 
V608, V609 removing a major source of heat in the radio.  It requires 
only a Phillips screw driver to install.
