[R-390] Using Break-In

I don't have anything against Ten-Tecs - I own some and think they're among
the finest CW rigs out there - but IMHO the HW-16 has the best break-in
of all transceivers.

And for good reason: the HW-16 is actually independent receiver and
transmitter in the same box.
