[R-390] New QTH site??

In fact, it's always been QTH.net. The new site does not have
a new name. It has a new network address, but it is a copy of
the old site. Everybody that was on the old site is on the new
site.

Any time you request a site by name, the query is sent to a
Domain Name Server (DNS) that returns an Internet address. So
a site can move anywhere on the Internet and keep the same name.
