[R-390] R-390 meter to trade

Folks,
The white faced Vu meters were definitely used by the military on R-390A radios.  I have seen on  intercept radios being operated in real time that had white faced meters, so having a white faced meter does not make an R-390A an unauthentic radio.  I think I have a couple of brand new white faces in my spare parts bin.
