     I couldn't agree more.  I work for the USPS in maintenance and we are
required to do just that.  When I saw Tisha's original post I was thinking
about a new hire that was working in the shop earlier last week that was
doing something that on the surface appeared OK, but that was because he
wasn't thinking about what he was doing.  When informed that he shouldn't be
doing that or at least wear his safety gear if he insisted, I was told to
mind my own business in no uncertain terms. Therein lies the root cause of
the problem.
