[R-390] list logistics notice

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is a notice that a change in service is taking place on the many
mailing lists, including the R-390 list, hosted by qth.net and Al Waller.
Lists and data are being moved to a new data center with a new provider.
There is a possibility of short downtime during the transition, but no other
changes are anticipated.

R-390 Mailing List Rules:  
1.  Stay on topic, or at least don't stray too far, too long. Things that
are on topic:  R-390 and all the variants (388,389,391,392) and all things
relating to using and repairing and appreciating those receivers.
