That was fun reading.

I just went in to one of their stores this week,first time in who knows how
many years to bet a tv preamp.

I was told by one of the sales guys that they only had preamps in "Kit Form"
When I picked up the same preamp that I had been using for 20 years, he told
me that was the "kit"
(it has the bullet preamp to go inline near the antenna and the power supply
that goes down at the tv end)
He also told me it would NOT work if used on a outside TV antenna.

I laughed at him, bought it and left.
