This vessel has Daisetta sinkhole written all over it.

Whatta tourist attraction. Floating beer joint and dance hall and a
place to stash the kids.
With racks and racks or R-390( )s, 51J3s and J4s, SP-600s, and
whatever else melts your butter below decks.
Boy howdy, beer, dancing, and vacuum tube radios all in one
convenient location and you'd have to put electrified barb wire
fencing around the sinkhole just to keep the unruly masses under
control.

The licensing requirements and maintenance would eat a fortune. I
can't see owning that critter and not making money with it somehow,
because I sure as Hell can't see how I could afford it otherwise. Have
to hire at least one Master Mariner to captain the critter, plus cook
and others. David Ring would know better what it takes.
I wonder what its draft is, what the power plant is rated at, what
its fuel consumption is for various speeds, if it's a single-ender or
a double-ender, and a lot of other things. I doubt it's going to be
open-ocean seaworthy, but can think of a lot of places on the Great
Lakes I'd like to take it.
And none of the photos shows any radio gear, AFAICS. I could fix that.
I could ... .
My wife, W5DNA, just about fell over when I showed her the "Packing
and shipping not available" line.
Two things to keep firmly in mind here:
1. "A boat is a hole in the water, into which the owner throws money."
2. "Son, if you have to ask how much it costs, you can't afford it."
