[R-390] R-1247 ID tag needed

Hi all
I know this is a long shot, but.......
 
Just received an R-1247 via UPS today - needs cleaning, new side panels (thanks to the UPS gorillas) and TLC; but it's unmodified, complete and works.  
 
However, the front panel ID tag is missing (it appears to have the lower of the two front panel tags from an LS-206 speaker unit on it).
 
Does anybody happen to have an R-1247 ID tag in their junk or parts box they want to part with?
