[R-390] Spiral-making tool website?

R-390 folks,

A while ago there was posted (here I think) a website showing how to  
make a tool to put spirals in component leads.  The tool had two small  
brass tubes and a pin or drill shank to make the spiral for sliding  
over the clipped lead of the part to be replaced.

Does anyone remember the website?
