[R-390] R390A- no sigs-4 to 8mc.

A single crystal in the 2nd crystal oscillator would not take out the range 
of bands he's listing.  A single crystal functions for 2 bands, but I don't 
think any of them are adjacent bands (e.g. a crystal might take out the 10mc 
and 18mc segments (don't quote me on those, I'm just making up an example) 
but not 4mc through 8mc.

I believe it's in (or around) one of the IF coils (the ones in the RF deck).
