[R-390] R390A- no sigs-4 to 8mc.

Well, if you've been working on it for weeks, you've probably tried these
things but I would try:

2nd LO oscillator frequencies
Mechanical line up of RF rack cams---see pic in the manual

You didn't say how it worked on the other bands. Is the sensitivity good?
Less than a few microvolts? If it is good elsewhere, that usually means the
IF and audio are fine--not that this would be an audio problem.
