Hi All:

I had several people asking for this manual and, despite my earlier 
statement to the fact that I would not make any more reprints I have 
decided to accommodate all requests for a copy.  Fortunately I have a 
bit of time over the holidays to do it.

I am asking $40.00 including postage for the manual reprint, 
unbound.  If you want it bound with wire coil (lays flat on the 
table) add $3.50.

So if you want one now's the time to get one.
