[R-390] frequency counter connection point

Frank,

It is not possible to use "simply" a frequency counter to replicate the 
readout on the Veeder Root Display.

That being said, there IS a Digital Display that IS available to work on 
the R-390A:

Click on the Digital display picture.  I believe that it requires the 
Programmable one.  <IIRC!>
