[R-390] R-390A Carrier Level Meter Replacement

I have a Simpson meter that was installed in a R-390A receiver that I purchased several years ago.  It is not the standard carrier level meter but fits in the panel cutout and matches the four mounting screw template.  The meter front markings are:

1.  U/W External Accessories
2.  Simpson MR15SIDDCAV
3.  F.S. 1 MA Type WP
4.  D.C. 100 MV Model 182

The meter is a sealed unit, with a metal front plate with a  thin copper plate between the front plate and meter.
