 From photos on the web, it appears that the 5381A has an external 
timebase input.  If that input is compatible with one of your 
high-stability oscillators, you could just plug them together and the 
5381A's timebase error should then be that of the external 
standard.  If it isn't directly compatible, you could always build an adapter.
