[R-390] micro switch, NOT, need help

Scott,

Some where you are getting the power turned on WITHOUT the microswitch.

You said it comes on WITH THE SWITCH OUT OF THE CIRCUIT.  A very BIG clue!

I would suggest tracing THOSE two wires through the harness VERY 
carefully!  You've got a short in there SOME WHERE.
