  I use my version of Marconi Wax - wax extracted from old paper 
  capacitors with hot toluene and re-crystallized.
  The wax molecules are still shaking from the years of RF exposure and 
  give much better Q.
  It lubricates the waves coming out of antennae too and thus gives better 
  DX.
