[R-390] LOGSA (was TM 11 4000)

Roy,

I dug my copy out of the mess from moving a couple of years ago. I don't 
see any problems with OCRing it as long you don't mind risking the 
spine, but the pull out schematics will need to be done somewhere. We 
have a great place here with the newest machines. The owner doesn't 
check anything and could save the scans out as a file. I would do it if 
I had the time and health allowed.
