[R-390] Slighty OT: Question about tantalum caps

I suspect the reason is less inductance.  Inductance can cause 
regulators to oscillate
so all leads must be short.  I've had lots of tantalums blow up on me so 
I prefer the
blue electrolytics bypassed with a 0.1 ceramic.  These seem to work very 
well.
