All true, plus another 5A of rated collector current (+33%). And
what those specs don't tell you is the greatly increased safe
operating area of the MJ15003.
Since you don't need to match them, you only need four (you ARE going
to do both channels while you have it apart, aren't you?) -- about
$15. Compared to the hassle of going back in when it fails. . . .
