[R-390] Tech Manual distribution

Perry,

I'd like to receive a copy if I might.  My email is 
<ews265 at rochester.rr.com>.  As an alternative, is there a web address 
from which I can download or possibly even an FTP site?  The 7 MByte 
attachment probably encodes to something close to 10 
MBytes.  Attachments of that size can be problematic and may even be 
rejected by some mail relays.
