[R-390] Newcomer Hello

Bitten recently and w/o cure. I think my first interest in radio was around
age 7 when an older buddy of mine would have me help him find mica rocks
along the railroad tracks running through our small Kansas town from which
he would build rudimentary radios from and we would strain to hear the
voices that were picked up. However it has taken till now at 50 to reawaken
my interest and I stumbled head on into boatanchors from spark gap resonant
Tesla coils; which I fell into from experimenting with alternate energy. So
you see after reading several posts here the last couple of days I am
realizing I am for sure hoplessly hooked.
     I've aquired a R390A complete with an internal mouse nest of reasonable
size and missing only the front RH function knob and the rear panel fuse
holder cap. Need those parts or a source if anyone has them. I'm doing a
thourough clean up, lube, & testing before I power it up. Oh yea, and I'm
also an e-bay nut so no doubt I bit the lure hard when fellow list member
Don dangled a CE 20-A exciter tx into the auction waters on ebay and I
became the next proud owner of a that fixer upper jewell. It's undergoing
the same treatment as the R390A so I'm sure I'll be yelpin for help from
time to time. You all seem like a great bunch of folks I'll be proud to be
