[R-390] Where's my C553?

Your C-553 is the bright orange ceramic in your first picture.  Looks like
it has already been replaced, as the Vit-Q is tubular and hard to miss in
that spot (inductor terminal to switch contact).  Looks safe to power up
from that standpoint.  Perhaps some other repairs have been made, as the
resistor just below and to the left of the orange ceramic appears to be a
replacement.
