[R-390] Offset gear source Pass_2

Fellows.

Ed ask, Can anyone tell me where I can come up with the elusive green 
(offset) gear for my R-390? Thanks in advance for any help. I really need to pull the 
RF deck as part of a restoration project.

Would someone again count the teeth and measure the size of that mystical 
gear?

We could then find a half dozen generic sources of a gear with the right 
number of teeth and diameter. The center bore is not critical. We could find a 
thick gear so the thickness is not critical. Then the guys who need these things 
could get a gear that fits the needs for their maintenance work.

Fellows have cut rubber washers and bolted these in to lock up the deck gears 
for a maintenance procedure.

How about some who has one of these R390 decks in hand doing a write up as to 
what that gear does for us when it is installed and the deck is pulled.

Then we can write up a procedure to get a deck reset if you pull it without 
the gear.

I bet its all in the archives and we just need to get it pulled back to the 
surface.
