[R-390] R-392 Cap Question

I have done a number of these receivers. Those two particular ones are often 
dead, but I haven't found any systematic problems with the other capacitors. 
I would recommend routinely replacing those two, but no others in 
particular.

Hi everyone,

I am just starting to restore a R-392 radio. I powered up the unit and
it blew the ½ amp fuse.
I pulled the AF deck and found one of the two 60ufd 50v caps were
shorted. I will replace them both.

Now for the questions.

What about all the other caps?

I have measured a few of them with a ohm meter and they measure fine.

Is there a high failure rate on the smaller caps and should they be
replace in bulk?
