I know that R-1051 RXen will receive ISB, and I recall seeing some 
RX with 4-channel ISB output: 2 channels each side of the carrier.
I think it was Harris, but I really can't remember with anything like
certainty.

When I was at Camp Drake, I think the HF circuits from Hawaii were 
2-channel ISB.
