[R-390] MORE RE RADIO FACILITY

I have uncovered a bit more re the Radio Facility that can't be identified. The following is from my friend Richard-WA2GIB- who served in a Army-level Communication Unit im Germany in early 60's. He recognizes the equipment but not the location. His comments follow;

R388s,R390s, antrac24s, terminal multiplex equip., two megawatt transmitters 
with 12 preslect frequencies, pwr generators, teletype terminal, rombic 
antennas.  But don't know location.
