[R-390] RE: Power transformer failure

I have said this before, and I think it is worth reminding again. I have had two power transformer failures. The fix is not too difficult, so don't trash the transformer until you check out the little hi-tension feed-through ceramic tubes in the transformer. The failure was just inside transformer in the tar potting at the entrance to the tube.
