[R-390] Wanted: IERC tube shields for R-390A

Fair Radio has a bunch of IERC shields, all new. In their new paper
catalog (I got it in the mail yesterday and pored over it the same
way I did when I was a kid. If only they did their typesetting
with Dymo labels again!) and on the web eg
