[R-390] PIN Diodes and counter

Hi

Remember when you look for PIN's that you don't just want one that's  
the right size, you also need the right speed. A lot of what's on the  
market these days has a fairly small minority carrier lifetime. They  
are fine for VHF, but not very good at HF.
