the amount of money I owe you for the manual, and where to send 
it.

I think perhaps your spam filter is grabbing these.

Please tell me how much I owe you and which address to use to 
mail it to you.

This is my THIRD message on this subject. I have received NO 
answer to either of the  previous two.
