[R-390] Contributions

Thank you to the folks who sent in contributions to this 'volunteered' 
collector of funds.  After consultation with Barry Hauser, we chose to send 
the collected $190 to Al Waller, K3TKJ and the qth.net mailing list effort on 
behalf of the r-390 at mailman.qth.net mailing list.

I do not need any money to cover the cost of the r-390a.net site.  I provide 
it as my contribution to the community. 

After adding a couple of latecomers, the final contributor list is in Perry 
Sandeen's hands for his fullfillment of his commitments.
