[R-390] Interesting Link Vietnam NSA released report

Finished the last chapter- finally got a mention of our radios- "When the  
installation at Ramasun in Thailand was abandoned, the document states that the  
Americans removed 17 tons of equipment, leaving only the empty buildings and  
about a hundred old R-390 receivers."  Maybe they are still there?
