[R-390] Interesting Link Vietnam NSA released report

Hello all,

I have been reading a bit of this

This is a big big File  at 35 meg. However, it's a declassified NSA 
document that talks about 390's in Rc130 aircraft, shows what I think 
might be Collins equipment on page 152 or this document.  It's too 
big to read in an evening at 500 pages, but it talks about the tonkin 
gulf failures and Tet and the failures of SIGNET.

It's probably not a read for everyone, but I am sure there are some 
electronic spooks out there who might not know this was floating 
around out there
