[R-390] UPDATE,, Reception BELOW 8 MHz Dead!

One other thing I noticed is the Carrier Level Meter is now PEGGED full 
scale regardless of what band I am on. Only way to make it go down is place 
the radio in Standby??? Not sure if the two problem are related? Robert,
