It's a low noise pentode with base  pinout B9A

you can pay over a hundred bucks for one or a similar tube

A cross reference list I have shows the tube base to be 9CV and shows  
these other tube with the same base:

6BQ5/EL84 (miniature pentode with pinout 9CV)
6267          7189            EF86
6BQ5          7189A           EL84
6BQ5WA        7320            N709
6P15          E84L            Z729

Of course some of these are not the same sort of tube at all, they  
just have the same pinout as the 6267.
