One thing is for sure in MY mind: there is no real sure answer.  It's  
a matter of opinion.

If you choose to use Orange Drop (registered trademark) from  
Sprague,and I use ICM or some other caps made overseas, and we put the  
two radios to operate side by side, I'll BET  YOU YOUR RADIO that  
something else will fail before any cap we've used.

That's my story and I'm sticking with it.
