[R-390] Hayseed Hamfest stuff

I'm sure he would be willing to make them for our radios.  Tom is a great 
guy.  i recently bought some exact replacements for a couple DX-60 rigs and 
a couple TR-4C rigs.  He does an outstanding job and his products are first
